You can create program categories specific to a community as well as assign community groups and community members. Attendees can also be flagged as community members.

Church and Chapel activities are tracked separately from hosted or sponsored programs. We even support different types of financial accounting around Church and Chapel activities. We offer special tools to help those centers that also act as a Parish Church.

Retreat Manager is the only system which understands the financial relationship between centers within a community and their respective Motherhouse. We support the use of transfers rather than checks to settle any financial restitutions.
