Pricing - many different pricing groups can be setup with various options and methods of application. Each company sponsoring a program can be assigned a default pricing group and each program can be re-assigned to an different pricing group. There is also a general pricing structure for repetitive program charges such as -- sodas, donuts, chips, candles, copies, name tags, etc; and another pricing structure for equipment rentals such as -- flip charts, TV/VCR, Lapel Microphones, Overhead Projectors, etc.
